Having examined Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection in the last chapter from several perspectives, we turn to the blessings enabled by those events and bestowed upon humanity.  We will consider patterns for the blessing of grace, the life-changing event which brings one into the kingdom of God Almighty, and horticultural parables that explain the kingdom of God Almighty upon earth.  We will use human reproduction as a pattern for the born again experience associated with blessing of grace and then look at the spiritual growth available to humanity following the gift of grace.

The church is the world-wide collection of those who have received the blessing of grace.  The larger organizational units of the world-wide church will be prominent when we consider the spiritual progression of humanity during spiritual day/age 5 in the next chapter, so we will develop several scriptural characterizations of the church and its components that will aid us in that discussion.
