Welcome
In this study, we are going to delve into the Bible, and we will extract an outline of the spiritual development of humanity from the beginning to the present and then into the future. Divinely, a written record of God’s actions in the world began 3,500 years ago with Moses, and His intentions and plans for humanity are now complied into the Holy Bible. The New Testament provides a retrospective of aspects of Old Testament history, thereby helping to understand God’s plan during that time. In addition, we have the book of Revelation and prophecies scattered throughout the rest of the Bible to tell us of God’s plan for the future. It takes divine revelation to properly fit these disparate prophecies together.
Using events in biblical history as patterns for building blocks, we follow God’s plan through the Old Testament, securing everything in place with scripture. Thereafter, we consider Jesus’ birth, life, death, and resurrection, God’s blessings of grace and mercy, and spiritual characterizations of the church. Prophecies, established patterns from the Old Testament, the apostle Paul’s teachings, and visions of Revelation allow us to outline future events in God’s plan. Thus, we consider Babylon the mother of harlots, The 144,000, the Two Witnesses, the Day of the Lord, the sequence of resurrections, the Millennium, judgment day, and the implementation of God Almighty’s blessings in the afterlife. As the conclusion, we consider all humanity gathered before the throne in heaven, because Jesus is truly the Savior of all humanity.
There will be tedium in the process of fitting all these pieces securely together in order to reveal God’s plan for humanity. There can be no shortcuts, for we all know that a poor foundation or unsecured building blocks will certainly lead to failure.
“Therefore every one who hears these words of Mine, and acts upon them, may be compared to a wise man, who built his house upon a rock. And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and burst against that house; and yet it did not fall, for it had been founded upon rock. And every one who hears these words of Mine, and does not act upon them, will be like a foolish man, who built his house upon the sand. And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and burst against that house; and it fell, and great was its fall.” Matthew 7:24-27 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
We must endure the tedium of building block by block secured by scripture, so that the finished product will not fall, but will stand against floods of scrutiny.
This manuscript is not a compilation of others’ thinking but is built upon scripture, divine inspiration, and revelation by the Holy Spirit. This study is about what scriptures say, and my comments are only to assist in moving from scripture to scripture.
